JayChris EDI ("we", "our", "us") collects information necessary to provide our EDI automation services. This includes your name, email address, company name, and payment information when you create an account. We also process EDI transaction data (purchase orders, invoices, ship notices) and Shopify store data on your behalf.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our EDI processing services. This includes creating and managing your account, processing EDI transactions between your Shopify store and retail partners, processing payments through Stripe, and communicating with you about your account and service updates.
We process EDI documents and Shopify order data solely for the purpose of facilitating electronic data interchange between you and your retail trading partners. We do not sell, share, or use this data for any purpose other than providing our services to you. All EDI transaction data belongs to you.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL. SFTP connections to retail partners use encrypted channels. Access to systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. We use secure cloud infrastructure hosted on DigitalOcean.
We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, Shopify API for store integration, Vercel for web hosting, and DigitalOcean for server infrastructure. Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their handling of your data.
We retain your account information and EDI transaction history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Transaction archives are retained for compliance purposes for up to 7 years.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may export your EDI transaction data at any time through the dashboard. You may close your account at any time, and we will delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics that track your behavior across other websites.
