By accessing or using JayChris EDI ("the Service"), operated by JayChris Management ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
JayChris EDI is a software-as-a-service platform that automates Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions between Shopify stores and retail trading partners. The Service includes EDI document processing, Shopify integration, SFTP file transfer, and transaction management.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused service periods. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You are responsible for the accuracy of EDI data transmitted through the Service. You must maintain valid credentials for your Shopify store and retail partner SFTP connections. You must comply with your retail partners' EDI compliance requirements. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain full ownership of all EDI transaction data, Shopify order data, and business information processed through the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights to your data.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services (Shopify, retail partner systems, internet providers).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, chargebacks from retail partners, or missed EDI deadlines. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. You may export your data before termination. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
